How do I redeem my gift voucher? Please contact us to place your order and redeem your gift voucher. Please quote your gift voucher code when placing your order.
How soon will I receive my order back once the print has been taken?
We look to deliver between 2 & 4 weeks. If you require this to be quicker due to certain circumstances. We will always endeavour to do our best for you. Obviously we stress at busy times – Christmas, Father’s day etc this maybe slightly longer.
Urgent orders
Please let us know if you have an urgent order or specific deadline as depending on circumstances we will often try our hardest to work our magic to fulfil it!
What’s the best age for my baby to have their prints taken?
It really does depend on the individual baby. We generally find little babies lines are obviously not as defined as older children, however you still get a nice little imprint of their tiny little finger to treasure forever to remind you how small they once were. If you are after a more detailed print rather than just the shape of the finger we recommend from 6 months onwards.
My child is 8yrs old is he too old to have his print taken?
No age is too old! We have taken adults prints for presents so you are never too old for a fingerprint.
How are the charms and gifts packaged when they come back to me?
All gifts come gift bag and box.
Are all of the charms handmade?
Yes all of the charms are totally handmade, which makes every single one unique and special.
Do you offer mail order fingerprint kits?
Yes we do.
When ordering online, you will be sent an impression kit. This has easy to follow instructions.
We aim to dispatch impression kits within 48 hours of receiving payment for your order.
The impression kit contains enough putty to take 3 impressions and we will pick the best one to work from. If we are unable to use the impressions you have sent to us, we will notify you and there will be a charge of £5.00 per kit to send you replacements.
If your impression kit gets lost in the post this is beyond our control. There will be a £5.00  kit re-issue fee to pay before we can send you another kit.
Cancellation policy
An order may be cancelled prior to the despatch of the impression kit. At this stage a full refund of any payment will be made.  Should the impression kit have already been despatched the order may be cancelled but a charge of £5 will be made to cover the cost of the kit and the postage. We regret that an order cannot be cancelled once work has started on the individual product.
